She reflected, “This might be the hardest moment in my life, but it’s also a great one because I can finally focus on myself.” Following the split, she decided to take a break from work to address her emotional well-being, spending more time with her children, which she finds to be a source of self-healing.

Lopez also shared, “I’ve spent my life trying to prove my worth, and now I’ve learned to affirm myself. I tell myself, ‘You’re doing great, you deserve this.’” It’s clear that she’s not allowing this marriage’s end to bring her down.
